Setup of the Twilio Dialler

The information on this page is required largely to setup the Twilio(dialler) regulatory bundle. Our team can do that for you if we have the information.

We have ultra realistic male and female voices we can use. Do you want to use one of those or clone a voice of one of your team members? (If we are cloning, we will need a consent for use form completed.)
Do you want the bot to?
Inbound or Outbound Calling?
Do you want the bot to leave a voicemail message
If outbound what will it be calling?
Will the bot be making appointments ?
Do you have a CRM?
Do you have open API access and read write permission, so that we can access it
Will you also be using the bot to send text messages or emails? (NOTE: There is an extra charge for this through Twilio.)
If the bot is asked a question it doesn’t know the answer to, do you want it to be able to transfer to a human?
